A terminated rancheria’s paper record, reassembled into something you can ask questions of.
The Smith River Rancheria was named in the California Rancheria Termination Act of 1958 and terminated in 1960. It was restored in 1983 by Tillie Hardwick v. United States — which held the termination had never lawfully occurred, because the United States never built the roads and water systems it had promised as the condition of terminating. Boundaries were restored by court order in March 1987. This is that record, assembled.

Built by agent-driven retrieval from NARA, BLM General Land Office, GovInfo, BIA and the Del Norte County Recorder — then preserved and hash-manifested. Not a wired API integration. The rigour is the point: the repository’s own README states the records do not by themselves prove any present legal claim.
SpokaneWire
Twenty-five public feeds, one live operational picture, running in production.
Emergency dispatch, road closures, weather alerts, river gauges, air quality, wildfire, court filings and municipal notices — continuously ingested and cross-referenced. The same shape as a northern emergency operations picture.

Scanner-audio processing is built and deployed but has not processed clips in production — all observed incident volume is API and feed derived. Memberships are not taking payment.
Konative
A live Canadian infrastructure map — and the dataset that makes the compute argument concrete.
Twenty-two geospatial layers served as vector tiles. It already holds the Canadian data-centre picture that a sovereign northern compute conversation needs.

Fibre coverage is 2 of 22 layers and is Vancouver Island only. There is no proprietary national fibre dataset. Several pages are marketing-only.
Lever
The engine underneath: give it the boxes of paper, it answers with a citation to the page.
Per-matter physical isolation — its own storage, its own index, its own access list, its own keys. Nothing bleeds between matters.

The public Lever page is not deployed — it lives on an unmerged branch. Shown here as a capability, not as a product you can visit.
The discipline, written down
12 claims that did not survive checking.
Every one of these was said out loud, written into a draft, or assumed true. Each was checked and did not hold. They are recorded here, in public, so they cannot quietly reappear in a deck three weeks from now — which is exactly how a good firm acquires a bad number.
Stale. Indigenous Services Canada’s live database says 619.
Misstated. 27 is the count of modern treaties, covering roughly 97 communities.
Wrong figure. $19B CAD 2023–2027, announced 9 Dec 2025. $12B is likely a mangled USD conversion.
Not yet. TEDxVictoria, 7 October 2026 — still in the future.
The capability is real. Now the commercial question: what can somebody buy on day one?
